NABR the Northern Arizona Backup Response Team is doing an exercise in the near future (within a few short weeks) the object of the exercise is to relay messages to the next person on your contact list… The NABR team would like to have some GMRS operators in the exercise as well. We would like to extend the offer for everyone to participate in this.

There is no set time or day, that is what still needs to be figured out. The day and time will be determined by how many people are involved. There is both an up side and down side to what has already been designed for the exercise. The up side is that being exclusively GMRS, and the down side is 2m is also involved. Right now there are 6 people on the list with room for more. This would be an excellent opportunity for both, the Kingman GMRS crowd and NABR to come together as one unit so we can learn together what may happen in a future emergency. If you don't want to participate in the exercise, then maybe listen in on what we’re doing. Questions can be asked after the exercise, not during it please.

We have been put on alert 4 times this year so far, so we all need to be ready.
