NET FREQUENCY TO CONTINUE ON CH 22 (462.725 SIMPLEX)

The Kingman Krowd on GMRS Ch 22 will be conmtinuing the 6:30 pm, Thursday Night Net, September 19th. We're keeping it on Ch 22 simplex, to avoid interference from a Las Vegas repeater, and then later on, we'll either move this net to the repeater and/or start a second one on it. This will give people a chance to get on Simplex, learn the radios, find some help if needed, get dialed in, understand some of the limitations of handheld radios, and antennas, and learn more about repeater operations.

Please check in on Thursdays, the net is open to everyone, so tell your friends. We have a roll call and at the end of the roll call, we'll check in anyone else. Please be prepared to slowly give your call sign and the name you prefer to be called. Please be patient, we're hoping for a sizable group.

If you aren't already a member of the Mohave Area Repeater Club, please join and get use of the system.

    All my best,

    Scott
